Eligibility criteria Applicants must have a local or resident certificate from Balochistan province or former FATA and must have completed 12 years of school with at least 60% in FA, F.Sc., I.COM, ICS or DAE or equivalent to be eligible for the scholarship program. Applicants must achieve the required academic milestones on or before the closing date; applicants must be a maximum of 22 years old on this date. Candidates who have already received government or HEC scholarship are not eligible to apply. Candidates awaiting results are not eligible. How to Apply for HEC Scholarship Programs 2023 Candidates must submit their applications through the HEC website (hard copies of applications or any other documents are not required at this stage).
